LA’s own Yoshi Hagiwara has developed Magic Water ($14), a new product which definitely holds true to its name! The “water” is actually Japanese amino ion mist, which uses electrolyte deoxidation to open hair for styling and conditioning products to get in deeper, allowing them to perform better than usual.
